Inspiration for your road to the altar

Erin and Jason met while working on a congressional campaign, and were married in a rustic outdoor ceremony in Asheville, NC. Erin’s gorgeous pendant above belonged to her Grandmother – isn’t it lovely? All of the florals (and even the adorable cake) had a wildflower vibe and of course I really love their choice of color palette!

I had a seriously hard time narrowing down the images to share with you all from Aubrie and Aaron’s gorgeous California wedding. Not only are they such a cute couple, every detail of their wedding day was adorable! I love all the muted colors, and Aubrie’s bouquet is just beautiful. The reception was a mix of classical rustic decor, complete with photos of the couple hung in garlands made of twine and clothespins. Happy Monday, friends. I am finally back and slowly recovering from the move – packing up all your things and hauling them halfway across the country is no joke! I will be back to regular posting this week, starting off with Katie & Brian’s beautiful Colorado wedding.

The couple was married near the bride’s parents vacation home and honestly, why would you get married anywhere else with a setting like that? To honor their surroundings and create an organic vibe, the tent poles and all of the floral vases were wrapped in Aspen bark. The boys opted for some Chuck Taylor’s to keep things low key, and at the reception guests found their seats by way of painted rocks. The evening ended with a small bonfire outdoors – such a beautiful event!
