Inspiration for your road to the altar

Kendra and John met while studying abroad in Australia, and despite some long distance in their relationship post college they were married after dating for six years. The wedding was rustic (the couple owns two horses) and the reception took place in greenhouse – so unique! I love the emotion from John during the ceremony and cowboy boots underneath a wedding dress is always a fabulous statement in my book. {All images by Photographer RE}

Alex and Matt’s destination wedding in Mexico has such a relaxed and sun-kissed vibe, it makes me wish I was married on a beach! They gave away fans to all of their guests so they could stay cool during the beach ceremony and at the reception there was a cigar bar and a fire circle for roasting s’mores. And it goes without saying, I adore all of the succulent centerpieces and the star lanterns – perfection! {All photographs by the talented Elizabeth Lloyd}

I have been completely obsessed with the work of Katie Daisy ever since learning about her Etsy shop The Wheatfield via Love Obsess Inspire a couple months ago. Her patterns, prints and illustrations are so bright, cheery and optimistic… I can’t help but feel happy when I look at them!

Katie’s “Look Within” print was the inspiration behind this board. I think it would be wonderful to have a summer wedding which mirrors the bright, whimsical feeling of the illustration. Enjoy!
