Inspiration for your road to the altar

Alex and Xan (who actually also share a name, Alexander and Alexandra) are dancers who fell in love while they were studying their craft in school. They now own a dance company together and were married this October at a 19th century Country Club in Ohio. Xan decided to wear her mother’s wedding dress for the occasion, and the couple carefully choreographed the steps to their own first dance. The first dance was filled with numerous references to things in both families’ romantic pasts (for example, the fact that Xan’s grandparents met in a revolving door is referenced in a long slow circling around each other). I love all the playful images throughout their wedding day – truly such a lovely event.
