Real Wedding – Franschhoek Winelands, South Africa
April 21, 2010
Tina and Christian decided to tie the knot in the Franschhoek Winelands of South Africa, and wanted to create a modern vintage feel to their wedding day. Those two terms sound like they might conflict, but the team from Wedding Concepts helped them pull the day together beautifully! The couple opted for a color palette of ivory, soft green, pale yellow and accents of chocolate brown and they punctuated the day with gorgeous crystal chandeliers and stemware. And I have to say, the custom cigars with Tina and Christian’s silhouettes are one of my favorite details! {Photography by Garyth Bevan and Jacolene}

That tent is awesome – I've never seen a gauzy white one.
Wow! What a gorgeously elegant wedding!
Beautiful! I love all the white and chandeliers and candles. The backdrop is amazing as well
Thanks for sharing!
Do you have more information on the placecard display? I love it but wish I could see the entire display
What a beautiful setting and couple!
Hi Rachelle – I don't have any additional info, but if you look closely at this image: http://lh3.ggpht.com/_nw73BWgPQLA/S8JbcNIUn2I/AAAAAAAAVO0/iquoclVXkr8/DSC_0193.jpg you'll see that there is a distant shot and a close-up. It looks like they are just attached to a length of ribbon…I hope that helps!
Beautiful! What a stunning location and such gorgeous detail.
