Inspiration for your road to the altar

Pear Tree Greetings

Peartree

Here’s a confession that will shock no one who knows me – I am a perfectionist.  That means for birthdays and holidays I generally create my own cards because I can never really find anything that meets exactly what I have in mind.  But this year, I am so happy to say that I ordered our Christmas cards from Pear Tree greetings!  They have so many adorable options that it took me a long time to decide which to actually use.  Ultimately I went with some one of their foil stamped cards (oh how I love gold foil) and couldn’t be happier with how they turned out.

Have you ordered your holiday cards yet?  Not only do they have a great promotion going on right now with site wide savings, there are several cards you can get delivered in just two days!

engagementrings

We’ve been married for almost six years now, and I still love my engagement ring as much today as when I got it.  My husband and I picked out and designed my ring somewhat together (I pointed to some designs I really liked, he asked a few questions and took it from there).  But whether you plan to drop some subtle hints or let your future fiancé pick out your future gems him/herself, it’s always fun to look at engagement rings!

Bigger Diamonds for Less is a UK site specializing in diamonds that are carefully selected for their clarity, color and brilliance.  The company’s expert gemologists select only the finest stones and since you’re buying online they pass savings along to you.  Skeptical of making such a big purchase over the internet?  They even offer a risk free return policy!  Be sure to also check out their advice section to learn all about what to look for when making your purchase, conflict diamonds and different types of metals.

I have to admit, Heather and Jason’s gorgeous Georgia wedding had so many beautiful images it was hard to narrow them down for this post!  The pair were married in a private house overlooking the water and Stephanie W Photography did such an incredible job of capturing their day.  The bride custom made the backdrop for their photobooth and added several DIY touches to both her gown and shoes.  And be sure not to miss the adorable flower girl and ring bearer – nothing says “cool” like two ties at once.
