Inspiration for your road to the altar

If you’re looking for some unique gifts for your bridesmaids (or even some Christmas presents for the women in your life) Camilynn Jewelry has some adorable options!  As a Mom I love her initial stamped options but in general monograms are always a hit.  Camilynn also offers companion necklaces – a star for your little one and the star silhouette for yourself!  And if initials or shapes aren’t your thing, these stone pendants are lovely.

Target Wedding Registry Ideas

September 13, 2013

This year’s Target Wedding theme is “Be Yourself, Together” which celebrates the different qualities that each individual brings to a relationship to make it uniquely their own.  Target was one of the first places we registered for our wedding and, let’s be honest, I still shop there every chance I get!  So when they approached me to help promote their wedding registry, I jumped at the chance to share some ideas with all of you.  To come up with a gift pairing I thought about ways in which my own husband and I differ, and what products would work well for both of us.  The husband is definitely more of a night owl, usually sitting up late in bed to read long after I’ve fallen asleep next to him.  So I thought the combination of the Threshold pinched pleat comforter set and that adorable tear drop glass lamp (paired with this great shade) would compliment us perfectly!

And here they are, together in the store!  Even cuter in person, if you ask me.  What are some of the things you’re registering for? Do you and your fiance have any differing opinions on what you hope to receive?  Would love to hear your thoughts and hope you all have a great weekend!

How cute is this DIY glitter heart cake topper?  So simple and cheery, you could use them for your rehearsal dinner or wedding cake and then save them to reuse at a birthday party!  Minimal supplies and a few easy steps, you could make your own for just a few dollars.  Love!
